This is Dr. Bert Stevenson. Although I have several degrees and certifications, my biggest achievement is helping individuals reach their fullest potential. I have recently loss over 80lbs of body weight. Throughout my weight loss journey, I must say that running has played a major part so far. Recently, I have competed in several 5Ks, half marathons, marathons, and one triathlon. There were some races that I was in the 1 st group and some that I was not. But all of them were an opportunity to highlight to the world that a plus size athlete was completing in the race.
